São Paulo, October, 2026 – Eurofarma, one of Brazil’s most innovative pharmaceutical companies and a reference in central nervous system disorders, is taking another step in its innovation journey by announcing a partnership to bring the Endeavor platform to Brazil, a pioneering technology for the management of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The initiative reinforces the company’s commitment to expanding access to innovative solutions capable of transforming patients’ treatment journeys and marks Eurofarma’s entry into a new frontier of digital health.

Developed by U.S.-based company Akili, Inc., the Endeavor platform introduces a new category of treatment based on digital technology. The portfolio includes EndeavorRx®, the first prescription therapeutic video game authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to improve attentional function in children and adolescents aged 8 to 17 with ADHD, a milestone that established the solution as a global pioneer in digital therapeutics for the disorder; and EndeavorOTC™, developed for adults, cleared by the FDA in 2024 and based on the same clinically validated technology. Both products are currently undergoing regulatory submission with the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (Anvisa).

The arrival of this technology in the country positions Eurofarma as the first Brazilian pharmaceutical company to make a digital therapeutic of this category available, expanding its portfolio and providing an adjunctive solution to conventional ADHD drug treatment. This move further strengthens the company’s strategy of incorporating innovations capable of generating a positive impact on patients’ lives.

"We are witnessing a new era in healthcare, in which digital therapeutics complement traditional approaches and offer new possibilities for patients, healthcare professionals, and care systems. Bringing to Brazil a pioneering solution that is internationally recognized and supported by robust clinical evidence reinforces Eurofarma’s commitment to innovation and to democratizing access to the world’s most advanced technologies," said Marco Billi, International CEO of Eurofarma.

"Endeavor was built on more than a decade of neuroscience research and rigorous clinical trials to improve attention through something people actually want to do: play a video game. Families in the United States are already using it, and it recently launched in Japan. Eurofarma’s leadership in central nervous system care and its reach across Brazil make it the ideal partner to bring this new kind of treatment to Brazilian patients and the clinicians who care for them," said Dan Elenbaas, CEO of Virtual Therapeutics, the parent company of Akili.

A New Therapeutic Category

The Endeavor platform uses technology developed to stimulate neural circuits associated with attention through interactive digital experiences. The solution was created based on years of research in neuroscience and digital medicine, including five prospective clinical studies involving more than 600 children with ADHD.

In the pivotal STARS-ADHD study, a randomized, controlled trial of 348 children aged 8 to 12 years diagnosed with ADHD and not receiving medication, Endeavor showed a statistically significant improvement in attention compared with an educational-style video game control (p=0.006). The primary endpoint was the Attention Performance Index of the Test of Variables of Attention (TOVA®), a computerized test cleared by the FDA to assess attention deficits and evaluate the effects of interventions in ADHD. After four weeks of treatment, 36% of children moved into the normative range and no longer showed an attention deficit in at least one aspect of attention functioning, compared with 21% in the control group (p=0.0027). In addition, 56% of parents said the treatment helped their child’s attention in real life, and 73% of children reported feeling an improvement in their attention.¹

The technology was also evaluated in studies involving children using ADHD medication concomitantly. In the open-label, multicenter STARS-Adjunct study, children aged 8 to 14 years used Endeavor with or without ADHD medication. The primary outcome demonstrated statistically significant improvement in ADHD-related impairment in daily life after four weeks of using the digital platform in both groups, including children already taking medication, reinforcing its role as an evidence-based complementary tool.²

The clinical program also included adolescents and adults. In two multicenter, open-label studies, 162 adolescents aged 13 to 17 and 221 adults showed statistically significant improvements in attention on the same TOVA measure (p<0.0001 in both studies). The change was nearly three times as large in adolescents, and nearly seven times as large in adults, as that seen in children aged 8 to 12. Two-thirds of adolescents (66%) and 83% of adults met the predefined threshold for clinical response.³

By combining science, technology, and user experience within an interactive digital platform, the solution represents an innovative approach to supporting individuals with ADHD and their healthcare professionals, expanding the therapeutic options available for managing the disorder. Collectively, the studies demonstrate positive outcomes across different age groups and usage settings.

Innovation Drives Portfolio Expansion

The announcement is part of Eurofarma’s broader strategy to accelerate the incorporation of innovation through global partnerships, strengthening an open innovation model focused on identifying and making high-impact technologies available to the Brazilian population.

Since 2025, the company has expanded its portfolio through a series of launches and strategic agreements across different therapeutic areas, including XCOPRI® for the treatment of epilepsy, Dayvigo® for insomnia, an innovative chikungunya vaccine, and becoming the first Brazilian company to commercialize original biologic semaglutide in Brazil for obesity, overweight associated with comorbidities, and diabetes.

Just over a year ago, Eurofarma also announced the launch of a joint venture with South Korea’s SK Biopharmaceuticals focused on the development and commercialization of artificial intelligence solutions for the detection and prediction of epileptic seizures, as well as the creation of a digital health ecosystem.

The arrival of the Endeavor platform adds to this momentum and highlights Eurofarma’s ability to connect patients and healthcare professionals with the most advanced technologies developed worldwide.
